As the Coronavirus (COVID-19) affects communities around the country, we understand that some schools have made the decision to temporarily close. The safety of our schools is a top priority, and we have a heightened awareness of our responsibility to our valued customers during this time. Our local offices are working with schools to reschedule Spring Picture Days, and we are holding current orders for the rescheduled dates. Shipments of Picture Packages may be delivered to schools while they are closed, which may delay delivery to your student(s). In the event that your child's school closes for the rest of the school year and Spring Picture day won't be rescheduled, we ask for patience as we are working as fast as possible to get your refund completed in a timely manner.
